The following documents must be included in a Home Information Pack:.

• Property Information Questionnaire.
• Energy Performance Certificate.
• Sales Statement
• Evidence of Title.
• Local Authority Searches.
• Drainage and Water Searches.
• Leasehold / Commonhold documents - if applicable.

The following documents are optional:

• A Home Condition Report.
• Other searches relevant to the particular area.
• Home Use forms.
• Home Contents forms.
